QUALITY

INNEO TORRES has obtained the quality certificate in the manufacturing process of our towers, which fulfills the ISO 9001:2008 requirements. This has been achieved thanks to the industrial implementation of its tower model since 2006 and the manufacturing of more than 1200 precast tower sectors in their factory.

The elaboration of a quality plan and its strict fulfilment is a premise that must be accomplished in an industrial precast plant of high capacity. In INNEO TORRES samples are extracted periodically from raw materials for an analysis in an independent laboratory.

CERTIFICATES

Our towers are evaluated, analyzed and certified by Germanischer Lloyd:

• 80 meter tower with 1,5 Mw turbine.
• 100 meter tower with 3,0 Mw turbine.
• 100 meter tower for a wide range of loads,convering wind generators from 2 Mw up to 4,5 Mw.
• 120 meter tower with 3,0 Mw.

These certificates guarantee the performance of INNEO's towers under the most demanding requirements. This is an added value for our tower in the wind farms financing process (Project Finance).
